Joseph Perkins

Joseph was born in 1760 in North Castle, NY. Joseph's father was Joseph Perkins. He had two brothers named James and Isaac. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 53 in 1813 in Cato, Cayuga Co., NY.

  He was listed on the 1810 New York Census at Cato, Cayuga Co. Joseph Perkins was listed at Halfmoon, Albany Co., NY in 1790 and in 1800 at Halfmoon, Saratoga Co., NY. His Rev. War record shows that he lived in both counties. The town didn't move, the counties just changed.
