Frasher Perkins

Frasher was born in 1925. Frasher's father was Hubert S. (Rev.) Perkins and his mother is Ellen L. Brooker. His paternal grandparents were Marcell (Marshall) Perkins and Annie Jane London; his maternal grandfather was Wilmotts Brooker. He had two sisters named Thelma and Leona. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 29 in 1954.
