Major General Richard Montgomery Gano

Richard was born on January 13th, 1830 in Springdale, Bourbon Co., KY. Richard's father was Rev. John Allen Gano and his mother was Mary Catherine Conn. His paternal grandparents were Richard Montgomery Gano and Elizabeth Ewing. He was an only child. He died at the age of 83 on March 27th, 1913 in Dallas, Dallas County, TX.
