Roesia was born about 1289 in Shipbrook, Northwich, Cheshire, England. Roesia's father was Baron Ralph De Vernon and her mother was Mary (Maud) De Dacre. She had a brother and a sister, named Richard and Agatha. She died due to 12 JAN 2004 after 1322.
